about
This is my second quilting life. After years of traditional quilting in the 1980s, mostly by hand, I lost interest when I got carpal tunnel and couldn't do the hand work any more. But after my grandson was born in 2012, I needed to finish quilting his flying geese quilt and decided to start machine quilting. It wasn't long before I discovered modern improv quilting, and I've been inspired ever since.
I repurpose fabric items or use my fabric stash as much as I can. I love the adventurous "limitation" of this.
